SANDER GONZALEZ  >>  Campus Coordinator  >>  holds a B.A. and M.A. in Classics from Stanford University. He previously served as College Ministry Director at Peninsula Bible Church in Palo Alto, CA before moving to Dallas to pursue a Th.M. at Dallas Theological Seminary.  He married his high school sweetheart, Esther, and they are excited to be expecting twin boys later this fall.

CHRISTIE CRADDOCK >> Pre-K Teacher >> holds a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University, and an M.S. in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to embarking on a journey of classically educating her own children, Christie served as a Speech/Language Pathologist, delivering therapy to children in both public and private schools. She adores Pre-K students, and has over 7 years of experience working with them. Christie is passionate about Christ-centered, classical education, and is grateful to the Lord for giving her the opportunity to teach at CSD. She has 4 children, 2 of whom attend CSD. She enjoys rainy days, hot cups of tea, excellent literature, lifelong friendships, and anything she gets to do with her family.

ERIN DEATHERAGE >> Kindergarten >> holds a B.S. in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Texas A&M University. She has taught in Richardson ISD, private school and preschool, and has homeschooled her own children, giving her 14 years of teaching experience.  Erin also has served in various roles in her church and is passionate about children's ministry, where she serves weekly. She has three children, two of whom are attending CSD. In her free time she enjoys working through the stack of books she is wanting to read (historical fiction and biographies are her favorite), trying new recipes, and attending her kids' sporting events and performances.

ALICIA HEUER >> 1st Grade/Music Eloquium >> holds a B.M.E. in Vocal & Instrumental Music Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is currently finishing a Master of Arts in Theology at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Over the past ten years, she has taught high school choir, band, and elementary music in both public and private school settings. She was also a cast member in the Music & Motion Stage Show Odyssey, which toured Japan in 2008. Mrs. Heuer enjoys teaching voice lessons and Suzuki piano lessons, writing Bible Study curriculum for a local nonprofit ministry, and teaching Women's Bible Study at church. She and her husband, Rob, love biking, Texas barbecue, Nebraska football, and visiting their family in South Dakota. Mrs. Heuer is excited and thankful to be teaching first grade at CSD!

CHESLEY GARCIA >> 2nd Grade >> holds a B.A. in History from Texas A&M University.  She’s been married for 11 years and has four fun and energetic boys and is originally from the DFW area. After college she worked as a 2nd grade teacher for 4 years before she decided to stay home full time. Mrs. Garcia is always looking forward to a great year teaching and getting to know the kids at CSD!

MEREDITH HARRIS >> 3rd Grade >> holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University. She has eight years teaching experience in public schools in Texas and Arizona. In recent years, she has classically home-educated her three sons. She adores her family, and in her free time she seeks to be outside exercising, hiking or camping with the family - though she also enjoys being inside reading a good book!

CHRISTIAN YOUNG >> 4th Grade / Latin >> holds a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and is pursuing a Masters in Classical Christian Studies from New Saint Andrews College. He attends Eastside Community Church with his wife, Morgan, and enjoys reading books, playing music, cooking new recipes, and riding bikes around White Rock Lake.

GRACE AUBERT >> 4th Grade Math / 5th & 6th Grade Math & Science >> holds a B.S. in Mathematics from LeTourneau University. She loves spending time with her family outdoors, gardening, and using math to build projects around her home.

BOBBIE KEITH >> 5th & 6th Grade Humanities >> holds a Master’s in Church Leadership and Christian Education from Criswell College. She’s a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Calvary Bible College. She has attended Dallas Theological Seminary where she was pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Christian Education and Family Ministry. Bobbie has a passion for apologetics and evangelism and she had the privilege of attending University of Oxford for a six-week program with RZIM. She homeschooled her three children and is now the proud grandmother of thirteen grandchildren.  She currently serves as the Director of Women’s Ministry at her church. In her spare time she enjoys road trips, coffee with friends and shopping for shoes!

JESSICA BATES >> Choir >> Mrs. Bates began her music education at a young age, with many years spent training in the performing arts, specifically in classical ballet, classical piano, choirs, and voice studies.  At age sixteen she began teaching private piano lessons and directing children’s choirs; she completed an intense music theory and composition program in high school, and was awarded a scholarship as a vocal performance major at Belmont University. In 2009 she obtained her Family Music Certification with Musikgarten. Currently she serves as Director for the three choirs that comprise the Jubilate! Student Chorus, a Dallas-area choir program. Additionally, she continues her own voice training with the Sophie Shear Vocal Studios in Nashville, TN, and leads musical worship regularly at her church.  Mostly, though, at heart she is a homeschooling mom to 5 beautiful dreams-come-true!

JESSE SKIDMORE >> Art Eloquium >> is an Oklahoman who earned a B.S. in Illustration from John Brown University, minoring in Graphic Design. She worked as an in-house children's book illustrator for a publishing house in Oklahoma for more than two years before moving to Germany with her husband for four years, where she taught high school graphic arts, drawing & painting, and AP Studio Art 2D and 3D. She enjoys mentoring teen girls, distance running, reading, eating, and of course - art. Now in Dallas while her husband continues with his Masters degree at Dallas Theological Seminary, she is excited to be in an art classroom at CSD.
